As it is the start of school season, we decided to try and make backpacks filled with school supplies for students who were not as privileged.

Students dropped in any time during the duration of the event. At the end of the event, the board members of Better Home Foundation gave a short presentation on mental health.
What: We will be making origami/greeting cards in honor of Mental Health Month and donate them to a local shelter.
What: We assembled care packages with basic hygienic items and preparing meals with salad and snacks to distribute to the local homeless. These packages were a part of a bigger package which included bedding and some additional snacks. Agape Silicon Valley had included fresh and warm food as well.
Who: The event is being held by Better Home Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Agape Silicon Valley distributed the care packages and meals along with clothing to the local homeless.
We collected cash, coins and cheques to donate to a local shelter. Our goal was to raise $1000 and our directors will double it by matching the donations we raised.

Better Home Foundation hosted another Easter Event with the Family Supportive Housing Shelter in Bay Area. We are planned an Easter Egg Hunt with the children living in the shelters as well as cake decorating at the site of the shelter.
Better Home Foundation is hosted another Yogurtland Fundraiser on Wednesday, April 6th, 2022.
We worked with volunteers to create 100 care packages containing snacks and basic hygienic items. On World Homeless Day, we collaborated with Hello Angels, another non-profit association, to deliver the packages to local homeless.
We had our 3rd fundraiser with Chipotle! We had an amazing turnout and raised a lot of money thanks to your support!
To support our goal for making care packages, we partnered with Pekoe to hold a fundraiser to earn some money to help build our care packages.
In honor of mental health month, we partnered with elementary school students to make cards for the homeless, raising awareness and spreading joy and love. We were able to donate more than 50 cards to LifeMoves, a local homeless shelter.
We had our very first in-person event! We baked Easter-themed cupcakes and cake pops and donated them to a local homeless shelter.
We hosted a movie night social on April 1 where we watched The Pursuit of Happyness through Zoom.
We had our very first fundraiser! We hosted a fundraiser along with Evergreen Yogurtland to raise money for making care packages for the homeless.
This was our very first official event! With the support of the Hello Angels Foundation, we donated more than 300 cookies to homeless camps.
